Welcome to AmpliReview ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://amplireview.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AmpliReview is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides businesses with an intelligent review management funnel. Our service helps filter internal feedback and facilitates the collection of public reviews on platforms like Google Business Profile.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use AmpliReview, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All billing and tax issues are handled by them.
- Pricing: We offer both one-time payment (Lifetime Deal) and subscription plans. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been accessed/used, unless required by local law. However, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
- You agree not to use AmpliReview to generate fake reviews or violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Trustpilot).
- You are solely responsible for the content sent to your customers via our platform.
- We prohibit the use of our platform for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
6. Intellectual Property
AmpliReview and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by David Giurgia and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
AmpliReview is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a specific number of 5-star reviews).
In no event shall AmpliReview, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party providers (Google, Resend, Supabase). We are not responsible for the availability or content of these external services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
